About Submiti

What it is, and where it’s up to.

Submiti is in pre-launch. Here’s what we’re building, who it’s for, and what’s available right now.

Submiti is an application OS — one place to discover the role, build the application, track progress, and learn from outcomes. Application Tracker, Workspaces, CV and Cover Letter Editors, Personal Statement Engines, Behaviour Library, and the tools to write and submit applications that actually work.

We’re not a CV builder. The CV editor is one feature inside the workflow.

Submiti is built for four audiences:

  • Civil Service applicants (Fast Stream, direct-entry, internal promotions, switchers in)
  • NHS applicants (clinical and non-clinical, banding 4–8)
  • Graduates and early career — graduate schemes, internships, placements, first roles
  • Private sector job seekers, particularly career switchers and returners

If your application matters and the system feels opaque, Submiti is for you.

Submiti is in pre-launch. The marketing site, journal, and resources are live now. The product itself launches soon — specific date will be announced to the early-access list first.

While we’re in pre-launch, you can join the early-access list, read the journal, use the free resources, and book Story Excavation sessions.

Submiti was built by Ego — a UK-based founder who spent years navigating Civil Service, NHS, and private sector application systems as an immigrant trying to build a career here. The product exists because the gap between knowing how to do work and knowing how to apply for it shouldn’t be the thing that holds people back.

You can read more in the founder note.

Because the only thing that matters about an application is that you actually submit it. Plenty of qualified people never apply. Plenty more apply but never finish. Submiti is for the moment you click send.

A CV builder gives you a template. Submiti gives you the workflow around the application — the discovery, the writing, the tracking, the prep, the post-mortem. The CV editor is one tool inside that workflow, not the product.

If all you want is a nicer-looking CV, you don’t need Submiti. If you want every application to compound on the last one, you do.

The product

What you’ll get when it launches.

An overview of the surfaces and tools inside Submiti.

The full product includes:

  • Dashboard — daily snapshot of what’s due and who’s replied
  • Application Tracker — every role across every stage on one board
  • Workspaces — one folder per application with CV, statement, prep notes, panel research
  • CV Editor — tailored versions per role
  • Cover Letter Editor — write once, reuse what works
  • Interview Prep — panel research and mock questions
  • Personal Statement Engines — Civil Service, NHS, private sector variants
  • Behaviour Library — worked examples across all Civil Service Behaviours

Plus the resources hub (Government Professions Navigator, NHS Intelligence Hub, JD Decoder, Sift Panel Scoring, and more) which is free for everyone.

The product works for any application. The depth is greatest for Civil Service, NHS, graduate schemes, and structured private-sector applications — because those are the systems we know best and the tools are calibrated for them.

For ad-hoc private sector roles (e.g. small startups, creative agencies), Submiti still gives you tracking, tailored CVs, and workspace organisation — just less of the deep system-specific tooling.

Yes, where it earns its place. AI helps draft Behaviour examples from your raw experience, scores draft statements against published rubrics, decodes job descriptions for what they’re actually asking for, and suggests rewrites of weak bullet points.

It doesn’t write your applications for you. The goal is to make your real experience read better — not replace it with generated content. AI-generated applications get flagged at sift and rejected.

Yes. Everything you put into Submiti can be exported — CVs as Word and PDF, statements as text, full application data as JSON. If you ever stop using Submiti, your work goes with you.

The web app works on mobile for reading, tracking, and quick edits. Heavier writing (long personal statements, full CV tailoring) is better on a laptop — not a Submiti limitation, just the reality of editing 1,250-word documents on a small screen.

Not at launch. The web app is mobile-responsive. Native apps may come later if there’s clear demand — let us know if it matters to you.

Story Excavation

The one service available right now.

A guided 1:1 session that pulls the real examples out of your career, in the form panels are actually scoring against.

Story Excavation is a structured 1:1 session where we work through your career together and surface the specific moments that match what application panels are scoring against — decisions you made, problems you solved, leadership you actually exercised. The output is a personal library of examples you can tailor for any application.

Most people have stronger evidence than they realise. They just haven’t framed it in the language application systems read.

Sessions are 90 minutes, on video call. You bring your career history. We walk it together, looking for the moments that are doing real work as evidence — the decisions, the conflicts, the outcomes. We map them against the frameworks you’ll be assessed on (Civil Service Behaviours, NHS Values, private sector competencies).

You leave with a written library of 8–12 specific stories, ready to deploy across applications.

It’s most useful for:

  • Career switchers translating experience into a new sector
  • Returners who haven’t applied in a while and feel rusty
  • New arrivals to the UK navigating unfamiliar application conventions
  • Anyone who has applied multiple times without getting interviews and suspects the problem is in how their evidence is being framed

Pricing for the 1:1 session is set per booking and varies based on what you need. To get an exact figure and book a slot, email hello@getsubmiti.com — we’ll send pricing and availability within 24 hours.

No. Story Excavation is available to everyone, whether or not you use the product. The session output is yours to use however you want — in Submiti, in another tool, or just as a private document.

Pricing

What it costs, when we’ve set it.

Pricing for the product launches with the product. Here’s what we can tell you now.

Submiti will launch with subscription pricing. We’re considering monthly, quarterly, six-month, and annual options — with the longer commitments priced more favourably. Specific numbers haven’t been set yet.

Final pricing will be announced to the early-access list before launch. Get on the list to be notified first.

The resources hub (Government Professions Navigator, NHS Intelligence Hub, Behaviour Library, JD Decoder, and the other free tools) will stay free for everyone, with or without an account.

Whether the core product has a free tier is still being decided. We’ll confirm before launch.

Likely yes, but the format isn’t locked. Could be a no-card-required trial period, a money-back guarantee, or a freemium tier — we’re working out which one serves people best without inviting abuse.

Almost certainly yes. Graduates applying for first roles are one of Submiti’s core audiences and pricing will reflect that. Final discount levels will be set with launch pricing.

Yes. If you’re on a monthly plan, cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the billing period. For longer commitments (quarterly, six-month, annual), you can cancel auto-renewal at any time and keep access for the rest of your paid period.

No lock-ins. No retention loops. If Submiti isn’t working for you, leaving should be easy.

Privacy & data

What we store, what we don’t.

Your career history is sensitive. Here’s how we handle it.

What you put into Submiti: your CV content, application drafts, statements, tracked roles, notes, prep documents. Plus your account info (name, email) and basic usage data needed to make the product work.

We don’t store anything else. No browsing history, no off-Submiti tracking, no third-party advertising IDs.

Data is stored on UK and EU-based servers, encrypted at rest and in transit. Specific infrastructure details will be in the full privacy policy at launch.

No. Never. Submiti makes money from subscriptions, not from selling user data. We don’t share your data with advertisers, recruiters, or any third party for commercial purposes.

No. Your CV content, statements, and application data are not used to train our AI tools or any third-party model. When AI features process your content (to help draft examples, score statements, etc.), it’s done in real time for your session and not retained for training.

Account settings include a one-click data export (download everything) and a delete-account option (removes all your data within 30 days, except where we’re legally required to retain something like transaction records).

If you need help with deletion, email hello@getsubmiti.com.

Yes. Submiti is a UK-based company built around UK GDPR. You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your data. Full details in the privacy policy at launch.

Early access

What “early access” means.

Submiti is currently in pre-launch. Here’s what joining the list does and doesn’t do.

It puts you on a list. You’ll get an email when Submiti launches, with details on pricing, sign-up, and any early-access discounts or perks. That’s it — no payment, no commitment, no automatic charge later.

Launch is planned for early summer 2026. Exact date will be announced to the early-access list first.

Yes. Early-access subscribers will get launch pricing locked in for as long as they stay subscribed — even if standard pricing increases later. Specifics will be announced with launch pricing.

Rarely. Early-access subscribers get a launch announcement, occasional pre-launch updates (no more than monthly), and the new-article email if they’ve also opted into the journal. No drip campaigns, no “upgrade now” nudges.

Yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. We don’t make you jump through hoops.
