What you work on each week

Week 1

Career direction

Compare real job adverts and choose a main and a back-up direction.

Week 2

Skills and career evidence

Find past experiences and write three stories, each tied to what employers ask for.

Week 3

CV and applications

A targeted CV, a LinkedIn profile and one strong application answer, all backed by your stories.

Week 4

Interviews and next steps

Interview practice, at least one real application sent and a 30, 60 and 90 day plan.
